Charity shops are the next best thing.....

Yesterday my mom found this amazing vintage guitar in a charity shop for only £6. Even though it only has four strings, it plays surprisingly well! It's so cute, and dinky as well. Just right for me💛

That's one thing I love about birmingham, there is this place near me, called Newlife. It sells amazing, rad, clothing and accessories what high street shops are currently selling, but only for cheaper!! It is great... 

Je veux aller à Paris!

Today I have decided to try out something a little different. The Parisian look. 

Paris is the fashion capital of the world, and the people that live there look incredibly classy, and elegant. Wearing labels such as Dior, Christian Lacroix, and my personal favourite, Coco Chanel.

Although I am not wearing any of those labels right now (sadly), I have decided to try and sport the Parisian look by wearing a red and black dress from ASOS, along with cute little ballet pumps from New Look. With my hair simply volumeised, and tied back into a bun. Finishing the look with a spot of lipstick. 

This is Definately a look that I shall be sporting often, because it's classy, comfy, and so easy to make up! You can also throw in some vintage items into the look, because well, those frenchys love vintage! This can make your outfit look so much more different, yet amazing! 

I really hope to go to Paris someday. To shop, and to get more ideas for my looks!

Okay, so this is my first post. So hi! As you know I'm like, the biggest fan of The Beatles there can be. So I thought I'd show you this. This dress is my pride and joy! I brought it in a Beatles shop in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago. It was love at first sight! Its hand made, with original sixties fabric. I just loved how funky it looked! Truly is a keeper😉

Hi, my name is Maisie, I'm 15 years old and am currently living near Birmingham city. I have a passion for vintage clothing and furniture from the 50s and 60s, also The Beatles and other bands from that time frame. I also like alternative 80s music, such as The Cure, The Smiths and Joy Divison. My favourite place to shop and hang out is Liverpool city. I go there whenever I can, to shop and see as many live bands as possible. I hope to live there someday.

I spend most of my time searching for interesting, old vinyls which I play on my record player (which is like my favourite thing in the world). My record collection includes many Beatles albums, Zeppelin LPs and Smiths singles (but there are many more to list).

I like to wear a different and unique outfit everyday, and too look different from everyone else. I wear Tea Dresses, Wiggle Dresses and Pinafores, also skirts which can go down to the knee. I like to add more of a oosh to my outfit with a denim jacket, which I never leave my house without. It has a range of badges, of places where I have visited, and simply my favourite bands.
